General info :
 'tweak-like' plugin allowing to quickly 'draw' an edge loop by cutting edge and connecting at the same time. It's possible to start/end a loop on a vertex.

 Installation & compatibilty :
 download wpc_draw_loop_097_01 here, drop in wings/plugins/commands. It's compatible from wings 97_01 to 98_01.

 Basics & Options :
 For now, check this thread at wings forum for the operating mode. Next version will have a lot of changes, so i don't feel like doing an help page...
