Fees for School ages children |
£2.75 per hour
A 50% retainer fee will be charged if term time only is required. |

Weekends/Unsociable hours (fee charged outside my opening times) - £4.75 per hour per child
Hours Outside Contract (Overtime) - £4.00 per hour per child

Holidays, Sickness and Occasional days off |
Child/Parent/Carer sickness/occasional days off - Full Fee
My sickness/occasional days off - No Fee
Parent/Carer holidays - Full Fee
My holidays - No Fee
Bank holidays (not worked) - Full Fee
Holiday notice required (both parties) - 4 weeks
Fees are payable weekly in arrears. I will issue an invoice each week detailing date and times stating payment for that week.
I expect to be paid on time. I am running a business and we all like to be paid on time! If continual late payment occurs fees will be payable in advance and I will not start minding until payment had been made.
'Hours outside contract' is anytime out of your contracted hours. The occasional 10 minutes here and there can be overlooked. However continual lateness will be charged at my 'hours outside contract' rate, this also applies to dropping your child off early. If you are going to be unavoidably late a phone call would be appreciated so that I can tell you child if appropriate.
'Uncsociable hours' is anytime outside of my opening hours. |
