73119 Moves to Barrow Hill

73119 has moved into preservation from Old Oak Common to Barrow Hill.

73103/117/134 Halt At Eastleigh

Fragonset owned 73103/117/134 halted at Eastleigh on there way to Meldon Quarry for storage. 45112 their traction wasn't given permission to take them there. They are still at Eastleigh.

Welcome back Note

First update of this section for a few years. To summarise, The 73/0's have now all passed to private ownership, with 4 based at the Dean Forest Railway, 73004 has nearly been completely cut, whilst 73003 has moved to the GCR. There is still 6  73/1's in service, 73131/133/136 with EWS, 73118/130 with Eurostar and the mega busy unit rescuer 73109 for SWT. Gatwick Express 73/2's still see service and 7 currently still operate along side the new units and 1 for Network Rail. The rest of the 73's have all passed into private ownership with Fragonset taking the majority of 73/1's. There are a few actually preserved.

73107 to see some action

73107 which has been stored for over 3 years has moved from OC to Peak Rail and is expected to perform some passenger duties. Click Here to see the timetable. This particular 73 was a very rare passenger performer in the 90's - Only working once that I know off.
