Newent Beekeepers Association.

Home Page

The Newent Bee Keepers Association is a Branch of the Gloucestershire Bee Keepers Association, which is affiliated to the British Bee Keepers Association.

Members meet to increase their understanding of bee keeping and discuss difficulties and current developments with others. Many of the members are experts of long experience and the tea breaks can be as informative as the lectures. The Newent Branch members are an exceptionally friendly and helpful group of individuals who welcome new members and visitors.

We have a program of meetings. Have a look at our Year 2008 Program The meetings are relaxed as well as informative.

We have Teaching Apiary for summer practical courses and we also run winter training courses.

Our 10 week Beginners’ Winter Course, Monday evenings in Newent Library, is starting 7 pm January 14th 2008, contact us for more details.
