The Newent Bee Keepers Association is a Branch of the Gloucestershire Bee Keepers Association, which is affiliated to the British Bee Keepers Association.
Members meet to increase their understanding of bee keeping and discuss difficulties and current developments with others. Many of the members are experts of long experience and the tea breaks can be as informative as the lectures. The Newent Branch members are an exceptionally friendly and helpful group of individuals who welcome new members and visitors.
We see training as an important part of our role as beekeepers in the Community. There are many questions and concerns about bees at the moment.
