from Torrevieja and 6 minutes drive from the beach.

The beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches offer safe

situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Las
Ramblas, and Villa Martin, a championship golf course, are within a 20-minute
drive. The famous golf
courses at La Manga are 45 minutes drive.
The area enjoys a
fantastic sunny climate and there
are 320 days of sunshine on average each year.
Urb. La Marina is only 4km from the sea and is well
supported with local bus services to
all the local towns and markets as well as to the beaches in the summer.

Guardamar and Torrevieja.
The train service from Alicante is well regarded
and offers excursions to destinations further a field such as Madrid and
Barcelona.
