The Accommodation
The
villa to rent for your holiday is in the urbanization of La Marina. It is
a large 2 bed-roomed Bungalow
Fina
with
sleeping arrangement for 6 adults.
This faces south-east catching the morning sun and avoiding the ‘too hot to
stand’ afternoon sun.
The Accommodation consists of living/dining room
adjoining a breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen.
Items provided include, fridge/freezer, automatic
washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Tea towels are in the villa, and any cleaning essentials will be there
left by previous occupant for your use. Bath
towels are not provided.
There is a Double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a
convertible bed settee in the lounge complete the sleeping arrangements. All
beds have two sets of bedding and are freshly laundered for your stay.
There is a separate bathroom with shower and bath, WC
and washbasin.
Private terrace, patio with table and chairs. The
patio has walls, balustrade and gate to keep youngsters in.
Satellite colour TV for keeping up with Corrie and
the news back home! And of course cartoon channels for the young at heart.
Parking directly outside the bungalow is for two
cars.
The Fina is fully equipped for self-catering whether
you stay a week or all winter. The
rental is inclusive of electricity and water costs.
The ‘Extras’
Cleaning and laundry costs 40 Euros and is payable on
arrival to the agent.
A welcome pack is provided to get you started to save the need to rush to the
supermarket!
I can car hire for collection from airport as well as
‘private’ collections to and from airport.
