Very Quiet beach with small Cafe Bar, good sand, play
area and gentle surf. The northern part of the same beach is busier but
just as white and wide. Surf guards and First aid available.
Santa Pola,
Guardamar and Torrevieja: Excellent fine sand beaches - white
and wide. Surf Guards and First aid available close by. The surf is
usually good but watch for the bathing flags. There are Kids Play areas on
and near all the main beaches.
Elx National Park: This
is, in fact, a series of palmed parks which cover the centre of Elx. These
are fantastic walks and play areas in themselves. The Main park area is
very large and has a fantastic play area that would satisfy all kids from
tots to teens. No Charge.
Don't forget -
Most Spanish Pubs, Restaurants and Cafes are very child friendly. Most of
the areas described else-where are also entirely suitable for children and
teenagers, often having special facilities for them. There are very few
'larger louts' on the Costa Blanca
