My interests

Personal Development

Discovering who I am and accepting myself, just as I am has been a freeing experience for me.

The process of Self-actualisation is a continuing one and I am still exploring that path.

I now wish to share the lessons I've learned with other people interested in freeing themselves from past wounds or issues.

Seeking Wisdom and Knowledge

I possess a deep internal drive to explore, discover and gain knowledge both from life experience and academic pursuits.
