ACCOUNTS 1 - INTRO (note - 'accounts from reception mode' requires only that u put in amount & mode of payment) - there is no need to click 'Paste' There are 5 Accounts options......

a/c input(1 Step)
from the Reception menu, clicking the accounts
button automatically inserts the date into the a new a/c record
with the details of the patient who was visible at the time of
clicking. All that is then required is to choose the amount and
mode of payment. (see right)
2/ a/c input(2 Steps) from the detailed patient view, clicking the accounts button takes u to the a/c records, but u have to click Paste to create a new a/c record (automatically inserts the date into the record) with the details of the patient who was originally visible at the time of clicking a/c. All that is then required is to choose the amount and mode of payment. (note: if u don't click Paste, then u can see the last record created and can navigate thro' the records with the arrows or see the list view and balances)
3/ An Accounts Report is available from the Detail tab in Reception (see
4/ An Audit view is available by clicking the audit layout from the accounts file. (see here)
5/ A second accounts file is available to registered users that uses the patients database but is independant of the main accounts)

4/ An Audit view- click the tab above the flick view in the Accounts & Reports file, in this case A/C LIST
to get to the Accounts file without
creating an account - click a/c from the detailed patient input
