there are essentially 2 booking systems available:

1/ is a single therapist; very flexible that allows

for different appointment times on different days and in which you can make an

appointment directly fom reception with 1 click

2/ the second system is multiple therapists and allows for

bookings for up to 4 further therapists

but whose appointment times have to be the same for the week

they both have "week to views" which can be printed

adding a patient directly from reception or clicking to delete an existing appointment. below you can see how to add a patient from the list
