I first became truly interested in photography 30 years ago when I bought my first SLR camera.

I live in Lincolnshire in the UK.

8 years ago I threw away all the albums of my work that I could find and swore that I would never take another photograph again, as what I was doing was nowhere near the standard that I wanted.

3 years ago, to get me out of the way while she went shopping , my wife suggested that whilst on holiday I attended a course run by Mark Sadan. He encouraged me to start gain.
