Central Florida is the vacation capital of the world and our villa in Davenport Lakes is ideally located to enjoy all the area has to offer and still be in a quiet neighborhood. Disney's Animal Kingdom is only 10 minutes away. Magic Kingdom, Epcot and MGM Studios are about 15 minutes. Of course you'll want to visit Sea World and possibly Universal Studios which can be easily accessed from our villa. Kissimmee is perhaps the world's shopping paradise. Route 192 is the main highway through Kissimmee's vacation shopping area with more shops, restaurants, dinner theaters and minor attractions than you can shake a stick at. All these activities are easy to get to. Since you'll be staying in your own home with kitchen and cooking ameneties, you'll need groceries. No Problem!! There are two Publix supermarkets on your way to the attractions and another one up the road. Two of these grocery stores are about a mile away. I almost forgot about the beach!! Both the Gulf Coast and Space Coast are about an hour away each. Also Cypress Gardens is not far away. Did I mention Golf? Yes there are plenty of golf courses to choose from. Polo Park Golf courses East & West are right in our community!! There is much more to see and do than I can possibly tell you about. Be assured, you'll have the vacation of a lifetime!!
