This spacious 1500 sq ft Villa is on the wonderful Davenport Lakes area of Florida, just 15 minutes from Disneys Main Gate. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious great room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large cooker, toaster, coffee maker and all the appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you could ever need.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and beautiful cherry wood furnishings. It has its own en-suite facilities with a large shower and a large walk-in closet. There is a further queen size bed in the second master suite and twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has lots of closet space, with easy access to the bathroom/shower.
The house also has its own laundry room with a large capacity washing machine and dryer. The laundry room leads into the double garage.
