Policies

Check-In - Check-in time is 4 PM or later as the villa is being cleaned prior to that. Please make arrangements to arrive after 4 PM. If you must check in prior to 4 PM please notify us in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
Check-Out - Check-out time is 10:30 AM. Please arrange for departure by 10:30 Am to allow for proper cleaning of the villa prior to the next guest's arrival.
Deposit - There is a £150 ($200) non-refundable reservation deposit required to reserve your villa. If your arrival is less than 8 weeks away then you will need to make payment in full.
Balance Due - The balance of your villa rental is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Please mark your calendar to have this payment reach us on the due date since we can't hold reservations past the due date. We will try to remind you prior to your due date.
Security/key Deposit - A refundable security deposit of £200 ($250) must be sent with your holiday balance.
Maximum Occupancy - Our villa will accomodate a maximum of 8 people.
