C-47 Shelf Moor Memorial Vandalised.

I report with sadness that on a  recent visit to the C-47 crash site on Shelf Moor near Glossop in Derbyshire, revealed that the memorial plaque placed by the brother of the Co-pilot had been smashed & its contents removed by person or persons unknown,

showing that even areas such as these are not free from the sad society we live in today.
