Welcome to this artist's web site... a place to simply browse, or perhaps commission my services. My name is David Phillips, and I'm a Welsh artist who primarily paints watercolour portraits in the style of the one alongside... something I call realism.

This site is happy to receive art lovers of every affiliation though such visitors should know that all of my art is exclusively that which I'm pleased to call 'Realism'... therefore, lovers of the impressionistic, modern, or other art-forms will I'm afraid, be disappointed.
