If you created any piece of art or literature on this website and you believe you have some sort of rights to it email me with proper proof of identification and proof of ownership of said material. Also one witness with a seperate email is also required this witness must have seen your material and compare it to mine.
I can't go on letting everyone walk all over me like the last website where everyone claimed backgrounds and images i had written permission from the author. If you created the said piece of material I will respond to your requests. If you 'borrowed' it from another website or me knowing where it came from, you will be ingored since your not the orginal author with no rights to it.

Everything on this website without clarification is considered my property unless stated otherwise. I have made it harder to steal material from my website such as the right click menu and the iframes. Theif is theif if you steal/borrow my property without my written consent, I will first email you asking to get rid of the offending material. If my request is not met in the following week your server/host will be contacted with my complaint. It is the poilcy of servers not to get involved with these types of matters so they will be more harsh then I will be.

If you want some of my property legaly please email asking for it. I'm actually kinda nice but before i let you have it i will need to see the website it will be used for first.

Most material of this site has been liberated from my old site which is Extreme 2 Gamez Squardon Eventually that site will be deleted. This site is just that site moved to a better server and it has been give blog capabilties.

Any and all comments about hurting yourself to be able to do anything on any pages, is for entertainment purposes only. I think the general public is smart enough to realize that they are just jokes. I even checked with a few of my less intelligant high school dropout friends and they idenified them as jokes and not to be taken serious at all.

My personal email is not this one if you send anything to this email it better be about the website. Any and all spam to that email will be removed and blocked as soon as i get it.

I don't like spam or giving spam. The only reason people spam is becuase they are big losers and no one wants to go to their website in the first place. All accussations of saying my site is spamming will be ignored by me. I rarely update on top of that i'm to lazy to update everyday so i can't spam. If you are getting spam just block it or remove it from the offending spammer list. Besides have a pentium 1, 56k modem and dial up connection, to spam 20 people it will take me 2 hours and four resets.
