Deku Stick Upgrade
As Young Link get the Skull Mask then go to the Lost Woods, and follow this path: Right, Left, Right, Left, Left. Then walk over to the area with all the butterflies you should fall into a hidden hole. walk into the spotlight and put on the Skull Mask the deku scrubs will like it then walk over to the big plant and you will get the Deku Stick upgrade.

Fairy Slingshot
Found in the Deku Tree.

40 Bullet Bag
Found in the Lost Woods go to the place with the two skull kids and use the Slingshot to shoot the target hanging from the tree in the middle three times in a row earning 100 points each time to win the 40 Bullet Bag.

Fairy Ocarina
Given to you by Saria as you leave Kokiri Forest after beating the Gueen Ghoma in the Deku Tree.

Boomerang
Found in Jabu-Jabu's Belly.

Bomb Bag
Found in Dodongo's Cavern.

Magic Beans
Buy from the guy at Zora's River in front of the fence on the way to Zora's Domain the price of the beans increae buy 10 rupees every time you buy them.

Bombchu
Buy in the Hyrule Castle Town in the shop in the back alley at night. In the Haunted Wasteland follow the flags to the left there will be a guy on a carpet he will sell some bombchu's for 200 rupee if you need them you should get them.

Hookshot
In Kakariko Village in the Graveyard pull the tombstones on the left enter the hole and keep up with Dampé inside and he'll give you the Hookshot.

Found in the Forest Temple.

Found in the Fire Temple.

Found in the Water Temple in the room after Dark Link.
