written for Paintshop Pro 7 and with the use of BladePro, you can get a
trial version of this here. You
will need this BladePro zip file, extract the contents of the zip to the
Environments and textures folder within BladePro. You will also need my wheels
tube.
1. Open a
new image, 400x400 with a transparent background. Go to your layer palette
and click on the create layer, name this wheels.

Go to the
picture tube tool and get the dd-coachwheels tub at a scale of 100. Use
the mover to move it to the bottom of the image.
2. Using the preset shape
tool set to ellipse, antialias & vector checked, width 1, foreground
& background set to white, draw out an ellipse.
3. While
pressing Ctrl click on one of the top side boxes of the ellipse and bring
in the shape to make it narrower at the top. Do the same with one of the
bottom side boxes to pull out the bottom of the ellipse.

When you are
happy with the shape, go to layers and scroll down to convert to raster.
