The first half saw Rumney take a 3-1 lead until Joey put away his second to reduce the deficit to one goal at 3-2. Unfortuately Rumney's two goal advantage was restored just after the break and a pattern of an Eagle goal being followed by a Rumney goal seemed to dog the lads for the rest of the game. Further goals from Alessandro and yet another from Joey were each countered almost immediately and Rumney finished things off with a seventh near the end to increase the margin to three.
