CONSCIOUS
THE ART OF LOOKING GOOD |
My day covering your wedding photography,
typically begins with arriving at the home (or hotel room), of the bride in
order to begin capturing all of the fun, fuss and excitement of the bride's
preparation. The grooms are especially pleased with the photographs taken at
this time, as they never get to see this part of the day.
We then make for the service venue. Outside
the church or service venue, the guests will be arriving and we will be busy
getting shots of all of the fun, style and finery, on show, as pre-directed
before hand.
Where permission has been granted,
photographs will be taken during the course of the service, and of the signing
of the register. Once the ceremony has finished, photographs would normally be
taken of the family groups, (but only if requested, either in the church
grounds, the reception venue or any other pre-arranged location.
Once completed, the remaining time (as much
as you allow), would then be devoted to modern, exiting and stylish,
photography of the bridal group, giving special emphasis to the Bride and
Groom.
Above all, we endeavour to provide you with
a beautiful collection of photographs, in a very modern style, to reflect what
today's discerning couple are looking for, whilst always remembering that it
is "YOUR" special day.
Any requests for additional photographs
during the day, or indeed, the evening, will be attended to, wherever
possible, and time allowing. My emphasis is on avoiding the boring and cheesy
wedding photography of yesteryear, and concentrating on Style, Elegance and
Fun.
All
wedding photography, unless otherwised agreed, is covered by myself, and
only one wedding per day is undertaken. My time is devoted to that wedding
only. Should I be ill on the day [haven't been in the last 25 years], then I
will always have a back up professional photographer on stand by. This
photographer would have been briefed about your day at least 2 weeks in
advanced even though I wasn't ill at the time of their briefing.
IMAGE CONSCIOUS: Understands the stresses of this millennium. I
also understand the need to look and feel good, this
why we offer a tailored and very personal service to both bride and groom
to-be pre wedding day.
As a small
private mobile practice that specialises in individual and group fitness
through the concept of "Life Matters". My main goal is to promote
the fact, that Life really does Matter and that the soul and body are seen as
a whole from both a physiological and a psychologically healthy point of view.
I aim, through
constructive and honest education, as a qualified Sports Therapist, with
professional skills in Psychology, Nutrition and Physiology to help
individuals access and then enhance their current lifestyle choices so as to
be able to realistically achieve goals that will make their Life Matter more.
Most people have
busy lifestyles, they often have to make choices that are not always in
harmony with their own eco systems. Far too often this can lead to an
imbalance both within their mind and their body.
I understand
that in order to make good choices you have to have good information from
inception. A consultation with me will give me a better understanding of you,
your goals and the opportunity to set some realistic targets.
I make the
assumption that you want to bring your lifestyle back into balance. By looking
at your mind first we can see how you are dealing with life and more
importantly, how life is dealing with you. We can then move on to your body,
what you eat, when you eat and how often you eat. A look at your "Basic
Activity Level" will shine some light on your day and a look at your
energy expenditure through physical exercise will help me to be able to make
educated decisions about you.
From all of this
a sustainable program of alterations to your lifestyle both in the form of
mental relaxation from stress reduction and an exercise program designed just
for you, will lead to changes that bring about harmony in your eco system.
All weight
management ideas involve adopting a lifestyle that includes a healthy eating
plan and regular physical activity. The key to managing weight throughout life
is a positive attitude and the right kind of motivation. Internal motivators
such as health, increased energy, self-esteem, and personal control increase
your chances for lifelong weight management success.
I aim to make
health, not appearance, a weight management priority. A realistic goal is to
achieve a healthy weight, not necessarily the lowest weight you can reach or
an "ideal" weight from a chart.
