The Cadet CommitteeIntroduction: Last year our Flight
Commander suggested the formation of a Cadet Committee.
Below are some of the functions of that committee.
To
learn and practice the workings of a committee
To
contribute towards the none syllabus activities
To
make the cadets feel they have a voice
To
help keep the moral of the squadron high
To
inform staff of any potential problems
To
suggest ways
of fund raising The cadets vote for each member of the Cadet Committee who stays in post for a period of one year. This means that eventually everyone will get a chance to serve on the committee. |
