Chibiusa, is the only daughter to King Endymion (Chiba Mamoru) and Neo Queen Serenity (Tsukino Usagi) of Crystal Tokyo. King Endymion is human, Earth's prince, and Queen Serenity of the Moon. They met, fell in love, protected the galaxy together, and had her! Yay!

Chibiusa makes her first appearance at the age of 8 (I've also heard 5, so I'm not sure), when she went back in time to save her mother and the Crystal Moon kingdom from destruction. Well actually, she just looked 8. She's really 902 years old! Probably has to do with some complex Moon/Earth orbit thing. Oo
I could explain more on Chibiusa's past/future but, I'd rather not get into the *long* twisted details. Look it up if you're really curious. v_v

Chibiusa is often looked down upon by many SM fans. Basically, because she's a brat and loves to get what she wants. 
When she had gone back in time and met with the younger version of her mother, they rarely got along and they fought constantly. But heck, she sure was cute though! I mean, how could you blame her? She was alone and vulnerable!

The Chibiusa of our story is now much older looking. Young and beautiful and now in the midst of a peaceful kingdom. The sailor senshi no longer had to defend Earth due to the kingdom no longer in danger. Chibiusa is the princess, and lives in the royal court. Her lover, keeper of dreams, Elios, is free from his spell cast by Neherenia and so he could freely change form as  pleased.
 So anyway, Chibiusa aka Princess Serenity, is more mature, yet she remains a bit of a  brat and loves getting her way (is good at it too). Beyond these barriers which she puts up for herself, she is actually a very genuine, sweet and sincere person with good intentions. She loves the ones close to her and only wants what is right for the world. But sometimes she's a bit too stubborn to admit it. ;)
