British Congress 2007 Ecumenical Service

The Ecumenical Service was held in the Lady Chapel, St. Michael's, Letchworth   Saturday 5th May 2007.

There was not a large attendance; but the atmosphere was serene. The format was Evening Prayers: liturgical materail was used from the Roman, Anglican and Lutheran traditions.

The Rector of St. Michael's was particularly warmly welcomed the participants.

The FBCE AGM followed the Service. It was decided to keep in touch by means of Regular Letters from the Secretary, and to consider the publication of an annual magazine, mostly in English to promote the ecumenical use of Esperanto.

Dankon al la partoprenintoj!

Ecumenical Service at Scottish Congress, Lanark

A well attended Ecumenical Service took place  in Christ Church at the finish of the Town Walk on Saturday 16th June 2007. The church is a Victorian gem; and was a perfect setting for Evening Prayers. David Bisset guided the Service, and several Esperantists contributed Bible readings and prayers.
