Wolf City. New York City seems to be on the verge of chaos and in the grip a murder epidemic as eviscerated bodies turn up everywhere and eye-witnesses talk of the perpetrators being what can only be described as Werewolves! The authorities are still oblivious to the monsters that prowl the streets, but Jimmy Malone knows only too well how real they are. Night Manoeuvres. A troubled ex-soldier with an attitude problem is seeking treatment at a sleep disorder clinic. A doctor there is pioneering a new procedure involving a drug which disables the paralysis that accompanies REM sleep, allowing the patient to act out his dreams, thus exorcising his inner demons, all within a controlled environment. A rival doctor, however, thinks his Lucid Dreaming Techniques to be far superior, and secretly puts them into practice, leaving the unsuspecting soldier trapped in a waking nightmare with terrifying consequences. Sokitume Baby.Asumi, a tough, emotional technophobe, lives in the whitestone ghost town of Kaihisuru with her little brother Nomi, her giant dog Ouf, and her three 'platonic boyfriends', Dud, Koue and Verne.
Unlike the others, Asumi has vowed never again to set foot in nearby Mirai, the thoroughly modern city that stole her parents. Instead she chooses to live in her own little ghost town, occasionally venting her anger on the Rollers, the mysterious mini patrol robots that plague her home.
After a damaging encounter with the town's phantom-mecha Mobil, the group find themselves powered up with unexplained strength and energy... enough to galvanise Asumi, and to protect Kaihisuru from the mysterious visitors who suddenly want it for themselves. Manga style mayhem with Harry H Healy.
