Discussion and contact board

This board can be whatever we, the users, make it. Personally, I think it would be useful to discuss aspects of the town which we feel could do with improving. They could then be brought to the attention of the Council and perhaps rectified.

It could also be useful for contacts. Perhaps exiled Hartlepudlians could make use of it in trying to find friends they have lost touch with.
