Richard Owen's wife, Margaret, was a daughter of Richard Isaac of Llanfrothen,
Meirionethshire, and Gwen his wife. Gwen was the eldest daughter of William Prichard
and Angharad James, Parlwr, Penamnen, Dolwyddelen. ('Cofiant John Jones, Talysarn')

Gwen married Richard Isaac (Llanfrothen), son of Isaac Robert Morris (Wern, Llanfrothen) and Gwen Jones.
