CORE-MAKING
The Tri-core range of Core shooters are manufactured in three (3) standard sizes, from 5 Ltr to 25 Ltr with an intermediate 12 Ltr machine. The Machines are designed as standard for jobbing core-shop requirements. Specifications can be offered to upgrade the Core-Machine for specific requirements. Operating in automatic or semi-automatic modes the Tri-core range proves to be a versatile and cost effective solution to most Core Making requirements. Used in conjunction with the Core-Machine, our range of Gas Generators allows precise control of gassing media and maintains Core quality. We also produce a range of Gassing Cabinets which can be used for production of Moulds or Cores.
