Ingredients :
- 2 lb canned or fresh baby beetroot
- 6 venison sausages
- ½ cup char sui
sauce
- 30 basil leaves
- 6 skewers
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Drain beetroot if using canned or cook if fresh, then dice into 1"
pieces. .
- Cut each sausage into three pieces and place in a bowl and pour char
sui sauce over the top.
- Place a beetroot on a skewer followed with a basil leaf and then a
piece of the sausage. Continue this way until each skewer has three
beetroot and three sausage pieces on each with a basil leaf between
each piece.
- Grill on the barbecue or oven until sausages are cooked through, turning
often.
