Ingredients :
- 10 oz pkg broccoli, chopped and cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ tspn Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
for crêpes :
- 2 eggs
- pinch salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Whisk eggs and salt. Gradually add flour and milk. Beat in butter.
Pour batter by ¼ cup into hot fry pan or crêpe pan. Brown
lightly one each side.
- Mix ingredients for filling. Fill each crêpe and roll up. Place
in 13"x 9" pan.
- Mix ¼ cup mayonnaise with 1 tbsp milk. Spread over crêpes.
Sprinkle with another ¼ cup Parmesan.
- Bake at 350°F degrees for 20 minutes.
