Chicken and broccoli crêpes

Ingredients :

  • 10 oz pkg broccoli, chopped and cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ tspn Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
    for crêpes :
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Whisk eggs and salt. Gradually add flour and milk. Beat in butter. Pour batter by ¼ cup into hot fry pan or crêpe pan. Brown lightly one each side.
  2. Mix ingredients for filling. Fill each crêpe and roll up. Place in 13"x 9" pan.
  3. Mix ¼ cup mayonnaise with 1 tbsp milk. Spread over crêpes. Sprinkle with another ¼ cup Parmesan.
  4. Bake at 350°F degrees for 20 minutes.
