Crab and vegetable pizza

Serves : 1 x 12" pizza


Ingredients :

  • ½ quantity whole-wheat pizza dough
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups crab meat, diced and cooked
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 5 oz chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup sliced red onions
  • ½ cup sliced marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 roma tomatoes, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tspn dried oregano

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Process the dough according to instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Pan the dough into a 12" pizza pan.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the prepared pizza dough. Top with the crab meat. Add the Monterey jack cheese and top with the spinach. Top with the olives, onions, artichoke hearts and sliced tomatoes.
  4. Top with the feta cheese and sprinkle with the oregano.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, remove from oven, slice and serve.
