Sautéed Kangaroo Burgers

Ingredients :
- 1 lb kangaroo meat, ground/minced
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 3 tspn balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tspn coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tbsp dried celery flakes
- ¼ cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Mix ground meat, Dijon mustard, onion, egg, vinegar, pepper, celery
flakes, and breadcrumbs. Form into patties about 1" thick.
- Heat oil in sauté pan and cook burgers over medium heat for about
4 minutes per side, until just cooked through.
- Serve on buns with tomato, lettuce, and condiments
