Seafood lovers pizza

Serves : 4 x 8" or 2 x 12" pizzas  



  Ingredients

  • ¾ lb diced lobster meat
  • ¾ lb scallops
  • ¾ lb large shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cups Mornay sauce
  • 1 quantity Herb pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups grated Havarti cheese
  • ¾ cup Béarnaise sauce

  Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook lobster, scallops and shrimp in the stock taking care not to overcook to prevent seafood from becoming tough. Drain and cool.
  2. Heat butter in a saucepan. Sauté the mushrooms and onions until tender. Add Mornay sauce and simmer until sauce thickens.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Pan the crust according to instructions. Brush with the oil. Spread with the seafood, then with the Mornay sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 12 minutes. Cover with the Béarnaise sauce and continue to bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until sauce browns nicely.
  5. Remove from the pan, slice and serve.
