Makes : a bit more than a ¼ cup
Ingredients :
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ tspn pepper flakes red, crushed ~ increase quantity to
taste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tspn sugar
- 1 tspn lime peel, minced
- 2 tspn lime juice
- 3 tbsp water
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Combine garlic, lime peel, and red pepper flakes; then add lime juice,
fish sauce, water, and sugar.
- Whisk until all ingredients are blended and sugar is dissolved.
- This recipe will make a bit more than a ¼ cup and will keep
for short periods if refrigerated and is suited to vegetables, meats
and fish.
