Crockpot venison stew

Ingredients :
- 2 lb venison, cubed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup dry red wine
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- oregano
- basil
Preparation & Cooking instructions
- Brown meat in oil. Place celery and onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add browned meat and remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 7-10 hours.
