Guacamole

Makes : 2 cups


Ingredients :

  • 3 ripe medium-sized avocados, preferably Hass
  • 1½ tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tspn minced jalapeño or serrano chili
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1½ tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ tspn salt


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop the pulp into a bowl and add the onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mash with a fork to make a somewhat smooth but still chunky mixture. Use right away or within a few hours.
