Serves : 3 cups
Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1¼ cups chicken broth
- 1¼ cups half & half cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Heat the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and cook 2 minutes over
low heat. Stir in the chicken broth and cream. Reduce heat and simmer
until thickened. Stir in the cheese and simmer for 2 minutes more.
