Ingredients :
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tspn baking soda
- ¼ tspn salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- 3½ oz jar macadamia nuts, quartered
- 12-15 whole macadamia nuts
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl mix the melted butter, sour cream, corn syrup and
egg.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Stir
in the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Line muffin pans with paper muffin cups. Fill muffin cups with batter.
Place a whole macadamia nut on top of each muffin.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
