Class Times
It would be really helpful if your child could be ready a few minutes before the class starts so that they can spend the maximum amount of time in their lesson. It is up to you whether you choose to leave your child in our care. If you choose to do this, please come to the lobby to collect him/her as there will be someone at the door at all times to ensure that no child can leave the building and no unauthorised persons can enter the hall. If you would prefer to stay, we would ask that you stay in the lobby so that the children are not distracted during their lesson. We understand that you want to watch your children in their class, but it is extremely difficult to for us to teach with so many adults chatting and joining in the class. We want your children to get the most from the lesson, but this does not happening when we have to shout above the parents talking in the hall while the class is in progress. We would be very grateful if parents could wait in the lobby or the kitchen area where we have provided tea and coffee free of charge, and we ask that only parents of children attending for the first time stay during the class. Fees
To ensure the smooth running of the school, we ask that lessons are pre-paid in advance monthly. We do need to pay for insurance and the hire of the hall regardless of whether your child attends or not, and therefore we require payment even if your child is unable to attend. The only time we will not require payment is where you are on holiday and you have informed us in advance. Unfortunately, if you have not paid and your child does not attend, your child's place will be given to one of the many children on our waiting list. |
