Coat Length: Shorthair
Temperament: Lovable, friendly, affectionate
Coat: Downy soft coat that feels like soft suede, some guard hairs are present but the coat is not dense, wavy coat compared with the tightly curled coat of the Cornish Rex
Head: Small modified wedge shaped head, short muzzle, prominent cheek bones, marked stop on the nose, prominent whisker pads, large ears that are wide at the base and set low on the head, rounded ear tips, large oval eyes set wide apart
Body: Small to medium sized muscular body, long slim legs, small oval paws, thicker tail than the Cornish Rex
Grooming: Wipe coat with a damp chamois or silk cloth to remove dead hair

Congenital Degenerative Myopathy [1]
- often incorrectly called "spasticity", muscle spasms causing stiff and awkward movements)
- autosomal recessive inheritance
