Coat Length: Shorthair
Temperament: Easily trained, very affectionate, sociable, can be trained to walk on a lead
Coat: Short thick fur, smooth satiny texture with lustrous shine, tight and close lying to the body, no woolliness
Head: Modified wedge head with broad muzzle, large almond shaped eyes, moderately large pointed ears
Body: Medium to large muscular body, athletic and lithe appearance, muscular legs, large oval paws, long tapered tail
Grooming: Very little grooming required, occasional brushing to keep the coat in good condition, regular hand grooming
Common Faults: Classic tabby patterns in the coat
