Coat Length: Shorthair

Temperament: Undemanding, intelligent, affectionate, docile

Coat: Heavy undercoat gives the coat a mink-like sheen, short dense fine plush coat (like seal fur), stands out from the body, soft silky feel

Colours: Blue-grey

Head: Medium wedge shaped head, medium nose, well-developed blunt muzzle, medium sized oval eyes, large ears more pointed than rounded at the tips

Body: Long slender muscular body, fine bones, long tapered tail in proportion to the body, thin legs, small round paws, hindlimbs are slightly longer than the forelimbs

Grooming: Regular hand grooming, regular brushing or combing to maintain a healthy coat, fur should be brushed so it remains upright and doesn't flatten, rub the coat with a damp chamois to make it shine

Common Faults: Uneven coat, too wide a head, over weight, white hairs or spots in the coat
