Coat Length: Shorthair
Temperament: Playful, affectionate, sociable
Coat: Skin covered by very fine down giving a hairless appearance, should feel like soft suede, skin is wrinkled on parts of the head, body and legs, skin should be taut elsewhere
Head: Elongated triangular head, short nose, pouty chin, large almond shaped eyes, very large pointed ears, whiskers may or may not be present
Body: Sturdy rounded medium length body, fine boned but muscular, barrel shaped chest, long tapered tail, long slender legs, small oval paws with slender toes
Grooming: Daily sponging to remove oils from the skin (unlike most cats the Sphynx will sweat through its skin)
Common Faults: Extremely wrinkled skin, green eyes
