NOTICE TO MARINERS

FIRTH OF FORTH

                   MARINE SURVEY OF FORTIES PIPELINE

Reference: Admiralty Chart No. 737

1.   It is anticipated that during the period 27th/28th May, Stolt Offshore Limited will be undertaking a marine survey of the Forties Pipeline System crossing the Forth between Torryburn and Bo'ness.

2.   The survey vessel will be the M.V. `Humber Surveyor" and the contractors have been advised that their vessel should not impede or interfere with shipping navigating within the channel.  However, mariners are requested to proceed with caution when in the vicinity of the survey vessel.

3.   The actual dates of the survey may change.  Mariners will be advised by Forth Navigation Service of the actual date and times when the vessel will be operating.

4.   Status of Previously Published Notices:

     Nos. 6 and 7 of 1998 remain in force

     No. 13 of 1999 remains in force

     No. 1 of 2000 remains in force

     Nos. 10 and 11 of 2001 remain in force

     Nos. 2,3,4,5 and 6 of 2002 remain in force
