Gala Rovers AFC - Netherdale Football Ground
Gala Rovers Amateur Football Club is situated  in Galashiels, the centre of the Scottish Borders Region. Galashiels is approximately 35 miles south of Edinburgh, approximately 60 miles north of Carlisle and approximately 80 miles north of Newcastle.

Finding The Ground
From Edinburgh:
1. From either the A7 or A72 follow the A7 for Carlisle straight through Galashiels town centre 
2. As you pass the public park (Fire Station on your left, just before public park) you will come across a mini roundabout (point 1 on the map below). Take the first exit for Netherdale
3. Follow Tweed Road right along until the ground is in sight.( about 1/2 mile) Turn Left into the car-park
From Carlisle:
1. Follow the A7 into Galashiels.
2. At the first mini roundabout you approach (point 1 on the map below) take the second exit
3. Follow Tweed Road right along until the ground is in sight. Turn Left into the car-park
From Newcastle:
1. After going through St. Boswells, a few miles down the road you will arrive at a roundabout.
2. Take the first exit and follow signs for Galashiels (next roundabout 1st exit, second roundabout 2nd exit, third roundabout 2nd exit)
3. At the first mini roundabout you approach (point 1 on the map below) take the second exit
4. Follow Tweed Road right along until the ground is in sight. Turn Left into the car-park
