Andy Capp the musical 2006.
Andy Capp the musical was performed in June 06 at the Crescent theatre. This was my first show for GBMTC and it was excellent. Andy Capp is about a typical bloke from the cartoon strip from the late 1950s. He went to the pub every night and drunk away all his wifes hard earned money, as he was on the dole and made his money by gambling and bypassing the rent man every week. The people who drank in his local pub loathed him but loved him aswell.

The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas 2004.
The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas is based on the true story of a legendary Texas brothel known as the Chicken Ranch. The musical began during the last days of the Chicken Ranch. This was performed at the Old Rep in Birmingham in 2004 by Great Barr Musical Theatre Company.

Little Me 2005.
Great Barr musical theatre company presented this show in 2005 again at the Crescent Theatre. This is an outrageously funny musical. It tells the story of the rise to fame, and excessively large fortune, of Belle Poitrine, a little girl from the wrong side of the tracks who finds her way to the right side with the help of several willing gentlemen. The book and lyrics of Little Me are extremely witty, and the show is an easy one to stage. Drama groups looking for something different my find that Little Me exactly fits the bill.

Little Shop of Horrors 2003.
A down-and out skid row floral assistant becomes an overnight sensation when he discovers an exotic plant with a mysterious craving for fresh blood. Soon “Audrey II” grows into an ill-tempered, foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore who offers him fame and fortune in exchange for feeding its growing appetite, finally revealing itself to be an alien creature poised for global domination! This was also performed at the Old Rep in Birmingham in 2003 by Great Barr Musical Theatre Company.
