BELOW : Pointing to part of his creation. Here we see part of the sound processing with
the Co. Meath ( 75 watt ) transmitter relay of UCB. Its thought Greg was paid enough

BELOW : Gary Allen pictured doing his last show.

BELOW : Chris Jones ( son of an original 1980's Breffni Radio jock ) now lives outside
Athboy Co. Meath ( the Beckhams favourite and secret place to shop in Ireland )
with his wife and can sometimes be heard on his fathers station.
Its called 'Breffni Radio' on 98.4 ...a station Greg built.

BELOW : The original on air studio. These two pictures were taken at 5pm Oct.1994
one hour before it all began for Greg.

ABOVE : Where it began.

BELOW : This was the Energy On-Air studio in its early stages before coming On-Air from a new building. It changed over time to become a state of the art studio before its demise in Dec.97. This is before a computer music system was brought in. Energy linked out to its Transmitter site on a band 3 link system, 174.1mhz The mast was around 90 feet. The transmitter site gave an ERP of 230 watts. The link transmitter from the studio TX'ed on 4 watts through a 3 element to a receive six miles outside town through an 'ABM 5' RTE atnenna. The station had a cardioid signal pattern into southern county Meath. From its Northern Meath 'Oristown' site.
