Regarding Faction Items

1. All Faction Items must be logged and subsequently held by the a member of Faction Command or one of their Aides.
2. A Faction Item may be requested for use by any Gryphon, at any reasonable time.
3. To use a Faction Item the Requestor must submit a request to Faction Command, detailing how long they require the Item for.
4. When the request is granted the Requestor signs for the item and is responsible for its return within the agreed time period.
5. Once an Item is signed for by the Requestor the Item’s care becomes the sole responsibility of the Requestor until it is returned to Faction Command.
6. The late return of an Item will incur a penalty of not less than one Stell, the exact amount to be decided upon by Faction Command.
7. If the Requestor entrusts an Item in their care to another, the Item is still the sole responsibility of the Requestor until it is returned to Faction Command.
8. If the Requestor entrusts an Item in their care to another and the item is subsequently lost or stolen, the Item will be considered lost or stolen without reasonable cause.
9. If the item is lost or stolen without reasonable cause whilst in the care of the Requestor, the Requestor will be held liable for the loss and will incur a SEVERE penalty.
