A Brief Introduction to
Guru Gegen
Khyentse Rinpoche,
A Merciless Puppet-Master.
(Written
by his victim and slave, Mike T.)
Below are photos of Gegen
Khyentse in Manali, India. He clearly
does not look like a person you'd want to give your soul to, but he is a
magician and can induce people to do anything.
This is a warning to all who may be contemplating
getting involved with Buddhism!
I have been stupid and unfortunate enough to fall
under the influence of a Tibetan Lama.
In 1997, having had studied Tibetan Buddhist texts for a few years, I felt I
wanted to put my »knowledge« into practice, and decied to approach a high-level
Lama, Gegen Khyentse , for guidance in Tantric practice (meditation).
According to Tibetan Buddhist texts it is
imperative to GIVE one's Body, Speech, and Mind, to one's Guru in order to be
able to achieve the desired results of meditation. In other words, I had become
convinced that it was necessary to relinquish my body and soul and have them
pass into the possession of this Guru to be able to receive his perfect
guidance.
It took me less than a minute to utter
the words with which I offered and gave my whole being to him, but it was a
moment in time I have come to regret bitterly as it was the moment that defined
my whole future and, effectively, ruined both my life and me as a man.
A few days later, he sealed my fate
with the words to the effect of:”You can
say goodbye to happiness in this life, now!” I was doomed.
Ever since that moment 10 years ago, when
Guru Gegen Khyentse took possession of me and I lost all freedom and control
over my life, I have been forced to exist in a state of crippling suffering and
tortuous slavery, an existence of a zombie, not dead but not living either, and
forever without a future.
The following are some excerpts from a text
found on a Website dedicated to people who, like myself, have had extremely
negative experiences with Tibetan Lamas, namely www.american-buddha.com.
The text clearly portrays the unbelievable appetite for torture and abysmal
cruelty of Tibetan Lamas in general, and Gegen Khyentse in particular.

Thank you for having created this site and for others participating
honestly here.
I have needed to discharge the painful burden of bad
memories of the past and felt so alone with these bad memories because of
the almost universal cultic idealising of Tibetans, the Dalai lama and
anything Tibetan.

Tara and I went to Castle
Chillon on Lake Geneva this summer. That was depressing as hell. Seeing
stone pillars that people were chained to. Observing that the festive hall
was just a few floors above the miserable dungeon. Seeing that the offal
from the privileged quarters fell outside the windows of the imprisoned,
who had nothing but iron bars between them and the icy winds off the
lake. Cruetly unimaginable -- I only wished. I could imagine it. |
How moving it is for me to read your thoughts about Chateau Chillon. I know
the place well, right there on Lac Leman, across the way from Montreux.
I've also see other castles in Switzerland whose torture chamber was
directly below the nursery and it
sickened me to think of a childhood growing up hearing the screams echoing
in stony rooms from people being tortured, ripped into pieces on the rack,
being flailed, murdered by being closed into an Iron Mummy.
It was THAT Medieval mindset, that illiterate, isolated. magical thinking,
terrified of the universe, monarchic hierachical political outlook that
came with the Tibetans into India in 1959.
In Manali I asked Gegen Khyentse whether Tibet
had jails and what their legal set-up was like. He said villagers usually
took care of criminals in 'traditional ways'. In his village there was a
woman who had poisoned somebody. The villagers strapped 'the poisoner' to a
raft, put slivers of bamboo under her fingers with mini prayer flags
attached so when they fluttered she screamed in pain and they set her down
river, to let "fate decide her karma". Somehow he didn't think he
was part of a lynch mob because they didn't actually kill her on the spot.
A stray cat in the Tibetan refugee settlement of Clement Town, where I
lived for almost a year, stole a piece of dried meat from a Tibetan
neighbor. He cut off the cat's ear with his knife because that was, in his
understanding, karmically correct.
[…]
The Chateau Chillon mentality evolved in Europe over the centuries, it
didn't in Tibet, which was still Medieval in 1959.

Such aspects of Tibetan people, of Buddhism, and of Gegen Khyentse in particular, as described above were of course not known to me BACK THEN. My 'absorption' into Buddhism was very rapid owing to my fascination with its - admittedly - profound psychology and philosophy, and I only discovered the exteremely unpleasant facets of 'Guruism' when it was far too late for me.
I wish that 15 years ago there had been someone to tell me face-to-face just how dangerous a relationship with a guru can be!
Unfortunately, there was no such person - but I can at least do my duty now and act like that special 'someone' for potential future victims of gurus around the globe.

[THIS IS TO BE HANDED OUT WHILE BEGGING FOR
MONEY ON THE STREET]
F.A.Q.
Some dreadful things you NEVER wanted to know about
Buddhism and - Slovenia!
[THIS IS COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL. REPRODUCTION IN ANY
PUBLIC MEDIA BY PERMISSION ONLY!]
YOUR QUESTION: Why did you give me this to read rather than talking to
me?
MY ANSWER:
1 My energy level is very low because the Guru sucks my power away: I am
too exhausted to speak.
2 Furthermore, most »people« who ask me questions are not real humans, but
AGENTS. An agent is a humanoid who is clairvoyant ( = able to
read human minds) and also able to receive telepathic commands from a GURU.
Guru Gegen Khyentse, who possesses me, has continually been using agents for
more than 10 years now for the purpose of torturing me. Typically, whenever I'm
begging, an agent would approach me and start speaking in a manner that is
seemingly helpful, but is in actual fact calculated to make me fell even more
depressed and desperate than before. Then, they suck the energy that was
generated inside of me through negative emotions and feelings. Agents FEED on
this kind of energy.
YOUR QUESTION: (You may be thinking:) »Is this man insane?«
MY ANSWER: Unfortunately, no. I have wished many times that I could
become completely mad in order to escape my unbearable reality, but without
success. I remain painfully sane.
The reason why you would like to believe me to be crazy is because of
the following thought process in your (subconscious) mind:
1 »This man's story is either true or not
true.«
2 »If it is true, the implications of what he
is describing are horrifically scary - for the world, for us, for… ME!«
3 »Oh no, [insert an optional 'God' here],
let this not be true! This can happen to ME! No, I do not want this to
be true!«
4 »I am sure this man is insane, therefore
his cognition is faulty and his story is untrue!«
5 »Phew, what a relief. I am safe now!«
It is understandable; This is how mind works. Unfortunately for you, my
story is true, and I am not mad. I am merely a fool who has made a stupid
mistake in his life and has reaped dreadful consequences. I am telling you this
so that you can avoid making the same mistake.
You are never really safe, but with this
knowledge you are safer. From
now on, you will be wary and suspicious, and thereby safer.
YOUR QUESTION: How common are these »agents«?
MY ANSWER: Unfortunately, they are far more numerous than you would
imagine! Members of the elite, or anyone
who is doing better (is more successful) in any manner, locality, or field of
activity than the average person is a suspect, because the reason some »people«
are successful is because they are clairvoyant. They abuse
their ability to read minds to obtain people's private information (from their
thoughts) and then take advantage of
this information in ways that enable them to become winners in society.
The biggest problem is that with the knowledge of human thoughts and desires at
any given moment they are able to make themselves outwardly congenial and
friendly to people, while in fact they covertly try to ruin us and suck our
energy. Agents are the wickedest and sliest sort of beings! Often, a person
whom you consider very nice, or someone that you feel really »understands you
deeply«, is in fact a covert agent. Terrible!
Matters are further complicated by the fact that some clairvoyant people
may actually be real humans, and are not necessarily noxious. In my case,
amongst the hundreds of clairvoyants who have at one point or another directly
interfered with the course of my life,
less than 1% were “good”, all the rest were agents. I say “good” because
even with these I am not quite certain as to what their true motives were.
Let me give you a specific example of a group of agents who live
locally: Several top members of the Buddhist and Tibet Support Groups of
Ljubljana, whom I know personally, are in fact agents. So mind your mind when
they are in your vicinity!
Let me re-iterate that Agents operate in all parts of society. I have
already identified 2 Agents among the homeless population of Ljubljana, who are
pretending to be “helpless”. Why do they do that? Some agents are in fact
“energy parasites”. They enjoy being in company with people who generate plenty
of negative energy through their
suffering. (These vampires consider human misery and the ensuing energy fields
very delicious and nutritious food.) Hence, the homeless population to them is
an ideal habitat, because the average homeless person, being constantly
immersed in bitter misery and hopelessness, and perennially on the verge of
suicide, is a dense lump of bad energy craved by these monsters.
Rounding this section off, I remember an Agent I met in England: He was
a retired nuclear scientist who had worked for the British Govt. He firmly believed that dropping A-bombs (on
Japan, or even in general) was a good
and correct thing. He had the air and general appearance of a kindly,
good-natured grandfather.
YOUR QUESTION: Supposing that I am NOT an agent, can I help you in any
way?
MY ANSWER:
1 If you were thinking to help me get a job – forget about it! For one
thing, you'd probably incur trouble for yourself, for another, I've been
offered – and have accepted - jobs in the past, only to find out that my
employer was an agent! They used me for slave labour, or abused me in other
ways.
2 Overpowering the Guru is impossible. If you think it possible, please do not waste my time by sharing
your precious hypotheses with me – keep them to yourself.
3 Therefore probably the only way you can help me is by giving me some
money, or perhaps material things like shoes or a tent (I'm homeless…). It may
be in your power to arrange access to a computer and printer for me, or perhaps
help me translate (parts of ) this pamphlet into Slovenian!
Food, especially fruit, would be appreciated, because the food given to
homeless people in Ljubljana is terrible – not enough to maintain one's health!
(You
can also do something for homeless people in general by asking your Governement
what it is doing to improve their situation.
I know the answer: VERY LITTLE! Imagine this: there are many people in
Slovenia who receive no Social Security money at all; thus they are forced to
beg and sleep outside, but when they do that the police come and FINE them!!! I
mean, how wicked and cruel is that!!!)
In times of war, natural disaster, or in some
special circumstances, anyone can become a beggar, even you, who are now so
proud and disdainful.)
YOUR QUESTION: Have you tried to seek refuge in Jesus Christ?
MY ANSWER:
1 If you are a Christian fanatic or bully (that is, if you think that
Christ is superior to all other spiritual personages of the world, and that
everyone should be converted to Christianity), please kindly go away and do not
waste my time.
2 If you are a more sensible Christian, the answer to your question is
YES, I have in the past asked Jesus Christ
for help, but he seems to be deaf, if he exists at all... Over the past
10 years I have tried every conceivable method to save myself, only to
experience every possible let-down and disappointment.
ALSO!, please note that Jesus Christ is just as dangerous as any other
guru (teacher), for which you can find concrete evidence in the Bible itself.
Please help yourself to the leaflet entitled »How Jesus Deliberately Put Satan in the Heart of Judas«!
The bottom line is: Absolutely NO-ONE can be trusted.
I might at this point elaborate on why I have difficulty
understanding Christians. These
“descendants of Torquemada” are given to conducting themselves in an over-bearing
manner, and can become aggressive, too:
One day, while begging in front of the church in Presheren Sq., a stout,
violent-looking man approached me and asked me something about my plackard,
whereon there were some messages in large letters to the effect that
"gurus are dangerous". He seemed peeved to see something
non-Christian in front of a church. He didn’t make the effort to read the
posters and hence completely misapprehended my purpose (which was, to inform
Christians and non-Christians alike that gurus are dangerous) and thought that
I was “advertising” Eastern religions!
He had introduced himself as a "protestant priest". I was not sure what
exactly to make of this statement as he was wearing plain clothes, but
I immediately recognised him to be a Christian hooligan, because of my
previous acquaintance with them: it is impossible not to meet them during one's
life for they are everywhere. Sometimes they wear a costume, sometimes plain
clothes, but essentially a Christian
hooligan is someone who will start forcing their fixed-ideas of how
Christianity is superior to all other religions etc. upon anyone who gives them
a minute of time. So I generally make a point of never giving such
tedious proselytisers even 10 seconds of my time!
On this occasion, too, I tried to dodge this latest addition to my vast
collection of unwanted acquaintances: He had, predictably, suggested that I
should accept Jesus as the only Saviour, to which I immediately responded by
saying that “Jesus might be even more dangerous than the gurus!” and drew his
attention to a leaflet on the other side of the plackard, entitled: “How Jesus
deliberately put Satan in Judas” in the hope that he would now be quiet for a
while.
But alas! Yet again, without reading the leaflet properly, he flew into
a rage and savagely tore my plackard into pieces. I only noticed this when it
was too late as I had turned on my heel and walked a few metres away from him
to beg from passers-by. Having walked back up to him, shaking my head in
disbelief, I exchanged a few words with him to fully ascertain the extent of
his irrationality. He informed me that if I continued my activity in that place
he would come back and beat me up. (In the name of Christ, I presumed.)
To fully comprehend the import of this incident, you need to know that this leaflet contained a word-by-word
citation from the Bible, alongwith a quotation from a book by Bernard Shaw
clarifying that citation, and absolutely nothing of my own invention!
Well, with my plackard in tatters, there was no way of continuing
begging that day. He hasn’t blessed me with his soothing spiritual presence
since then. Perhaps, when he comes again and sees that I have now added a bit
of bitterly sarcastic text of my own
invention to the leaflet, he shall graciously condescend, in his holy
fury, to put me out of my misery by cutting my throat or something!
YOUR QUESTION: Actually, where are you from?
MY ANSWER: I am from hell.
Hell is non-geographical. Please also understand that the events of my
life do not, essentially, in any way depend on my geographical movements. One
needn't travel to the Himalayas in order to get into this sort of trouble, it
can all happen within the confines of a single town. Though it is true that the particularly
powerful Gurus such as Gegen Khyentse are concentrated in that part of the
world, please remember that generally, Gurus
and their Agents, (and humans as their potential victims and prey), are
everywhere!
YOUR QUESTION: How much money do you get from people per day when
begging?
MY ANSWER: On average, not more
than 2000SIT. Disastrous. Slovenians are the stingiest people I have come
accross. I would not be surprised to discover that they are the most miserly
people in the world. Having begged for alms in Asian countries like Tibet,
Nepal and India, where alms-begging is an accepted cultural norm, and everyone
who is relatively well-off gives to those less fortunate, and having
experienced people there giving me money in heaps, it was quite shocking for me
to return to Europe and see how completely different European people are in
this respect. It was daunting enough to observe, say, Spaniards or Britishers
ignore me completely when begging in places like promenades and parks and only very
RELUCTANTLY, stinginess contorting their faces in an ugly way, give me money only
after a Sunday mass in front of a church, but at
least they made decent contributions on those occasions. But to have to
taste the miserliness of Slovenians has been downright nauseating.
One of the most disappointing experiences was to see how short-fisted
the church-goers, i.e. the Christian people, of Ljubljana are – and we are
talking about the Xmas season here, the 24&25th DEC, in the heart of
Ljubljana! And these folks are supposed to be the followers of the most famous
beggar in human history. I am certain if Jesus visited Ljubljana he would
be left to starve to death.
After the holidays I am going to beg in places where students
concentrate because they are the sort of people who are most susceptible to
Gurus’ seduction. Students are intellectually advanced and curious, yet
lacking in wisdom and experience, and as such very vulnerable, so they need to
be warned. I hope they will show more sense than the general populace or the
Christians.
Stinginess, or lack of generosity, is a major defect in a human being, a
sign of ignorance and bad character. A person who practices GIVING shows that
he or she (at least subconsciously) understands the inter-connectedness of all
beings in the world, and proves that he or she has compassion, whereas a person
who is stingy and unwilling to give even a morsel of food to a stranger is
clearly without mercy. Uncompassionate, cruel persons are backward,
evolutionally inferior, and ugly. Thus, in terms of generosity,
Slovenians are inferior to many other nations because they are small-minded and lacking in magnanimity.
Let me mention at this stage that there are other indications that
Slovenians do not intend to evolve: the way they relate to their language, for
example. When I visited this country a
few years ago, I made the effort to learn a few phrases in the Slovenian
language. Then I noticed 2 astonishing things:
1) The common colloquial language (spoken “on the street”) is vastly
different from the Standard Slovenian (spoken e.g. on national TV). Hence,
learning Slovenian is like learning two
disparate languages!
2) There are virtually no people who consistently speak the Standard
Slovenian! Outside of the National Radio and TV virtually everyone, even
professors and authors, speak Slovenian as if they were dimwits who had dropped
out of school at the age of 10!
I found this situation repulsive, and firmly decided never to bother
with this language again. If Slovenians do not make an effort to
cultivate their language, why should foreigners? (Many people here
speak English anyway, and, luckily for me, they are taught the BBC variety at
most schools.)
There are many factors that determine the quality of a people's
nationhood: the quality of their language is one of them. Moreover, paying
attention to how one speaks and making a conscious effort to improve one's
diction by setting high standards for it has a strong bearing on one's thought
processes and is indispensable for mental evolution.
YOUR QUESTION: I have seen you selling “Kralji Ulice”, the Slovenian
equivalent of the “Big Issue”, a homeless people's magazine. What is your
experience with that?
MY ANSWER: First and
foremost, do not think even for a second that this is a “job”. This is
done by people who are desperate and have no choice. It is demeaning, humiliating
and denigrating. It is particularly difficult for somewhat “special”
people like me: If I didn't have a monster-guru crushing me down I could be a
translator (of Tibetan, Japanese, and English), a rich international
businessman, etc.etc., so highly-unspecialised work like this (that can be done
by anyone who can stand on their 2
feet) is frustratingly unfulfilling and downright
soul-killing for me.
Secondly, the selling of this magazine to me is actually only an alternative method of
disseminating
the information about the Guru-danger. I insert a sheet of paper into
each copy of the mag. directing readers
to a Website about “LEARNING TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SPIRITUAL
TERRORISM.”
Thirdly, this activity, like many others that I engage in
in my lethally boring vegetative state (in order to elicit at least some
“life”), is an amateur psychological experiment. I try to see how people
respond in different extreme situations. It is true that there is a certain
portion of the populace who have some sympathy for the homeless, and they even
exert the effort of putting it into practice, but they seem to prefer to show
this by buying the homeless' magazine, rather than giving money to those who
are “just” begging. It is also true that some buyers give us more than the
actual price of the magazine.
While such conduct is laudable, it is a far cry from true generosity.
Such persons are willing to part with money, they are even willing to give more
than is required, but they expect and insist on getting something in return.
This “ something for something”
type of generosity is only a first step in the development of the soul, while
the ultimate stage is the true generosity of the “ something for nothing” variety. This means that you GIVE an item
wholeheartedly, preferably to someone who you feel does NOT DESERVE it at all,
you say goodbye FOREVER to the item you are giving away, and do not expect ANY
REWARD OR GRATITUDE!
Such generosity is practiced by many people in Asia, and I have tried it
myself (back in the days when I still had a life and some money to give.) If
you wish to experience it, find the
person (in your local park, perhaps?) whom you consider to be the
laziest, the least deserving, and having the worst character of all
people you know, and give him 5000SIT or more without being even asked.
Shakespeare put it in a nutshell:
Hamlet: ... Use [=treat]
every man after his desert, and who should [e]scape whipping? Use [=treat] them
after your own honour and dignity. The less they deserve, the more merit
is in your bounty.
A very important point to understand here is that such acts of giving
are primarily meant to help you, the ugly miser, to improve your
soul; the benefit of the person you've given to is of secondary importance
here. It also goes without saying that giving to people indiscriminately all
the time would ruin them (Give a man a fish...); the goal is to
develop the intention to help; once such a desire is engendered in your mind,
the next step is to learn to give wisely and effectively (Teach a man how
to catch fish and give him a net...).
It is clear that wherever there is at least one
homeless person there is evidently a lack of CARE on the part of the general
populace.
It is no good to think that “the government should take care of these
problems”! The governments accross the globe are nothing but expressions or
manifestations of their respective peoples. Bad people have bad governments. The government will do
only what the people FORCE IT TO DO.
And since a people is a collection of individuals, i.e. persons like
YOURSELF, the only way to improve the people, the government, and ultimately
the situation of the underprivileged, is by improving YOU!
Now, how do we set about improving YOU?
By CARING. I usually sell the homeless' magazine on Chopova
Street. In the evenings I often see an old woman combing through the
rubbish-cans for things that may be of some use, even food. She takes her time,
so hundreds of people pass her by during the process. I love-hate to observe
these passers-by as they keenly absorb the scene for a few seconds... they all
understand perfectly what they see, but it's only a few seconds... the moment
she is behind their backs, they kick her out of their minds. She's gone. Erased.
She is not the only one. There are many. (You may be pleased to hear
that there are some nations crueler than Slovenia where the number of homeless
reduced to feeding out of rubbish-containers is in the 100,000's. But lets
focus on Slovenia now.) Nor is this old
woman your average junkie, you know. She wears traditional farmers' clothes, is
neither a drug-user, nor an alcoholic, nor a criminal nor... So it is difficult
to dismiss her with the standard: “Ah-hah, she's on the street, digging dirt,
ei? Well, I'm sure it 's her own fault!” And yet you do! You dismiss her
from your thoughts, from your life, from your CARE.
Take, on the other hand, your
average junkie. It's so easy and convenient, isn't it, to sweep them under the
carpet with a nonchalant “Well, I'm sure it's their own fault!” But is
it???
Yes, insofar as it was their own decision to take that first sniff, that
first injection, and then again and again.
But, NO, inasmuch as it was an emotional vacuity
and a disturbed mental state caused primarily, in most cases, BY THEIR STUPID
PARENTS, that tricked them into naively seeking refuge and warmth and
fulfilment in narcotics!
The causes of most human failures can be traced directly to parents,
who in most cases were uncaring, emotionally disturbed half-wits that should never have been allowed to have
offspring to begin with, or, in the case of orphans, to a lack of proper
parents.
Note that "care" is cognate with Latin caritas
and possibly also with Sanskrit karuna, both roughly
translating as “love”. You do not care at
all so you can't even begin to love; and vice versa, you have no true love so
you cannot care?!?
Most ordinary people have absolutely no notion, leave alone experience,
of what it is like to be homeless. This is hardly surprising, given that they
even do not want to think about it.
Without delving into an analysis of all aspects of this state of
existence, let me expound only the most important fact to be apprehended:
Homelessness, as contextually defined
in this pamphlet and as experienced by most homeless people, IS NOT A VOLUNTARY
CHOICE!
“Normal” people, in their blissful ignorance, often attribute some
philosophical or spiritual significance to Homelessness (misplaced comparisons
with Indian SADHUS and the like are often to be encountered). They sometimes
see in the homeless way of life something romantic (confusing it with the
VOLUNTARY way of life of a free-spirited BOHEMIAN). Some may even nostalgically
relate to an archetypal nomad buried in their subconscious (again forgetting
that nomads are drifters BY CHOICE.)
Please! Attaching fancy epithets such as “Kings of
the Road” to the homeless only masks the profound misery and complete IMPOTENCY
of these creatures of the road, while failing to improve their situation in any
way.
Comparisons with free, wandering
philosophers such as Sadhus are utter non-sense! Your typical Sadhu is a mature
person who has had a normal childhood and married life, who has, in short,
experinced most of the sorrows and JOYS that can befall a man, and is in many
ways CONTENT. This is what empowers him to WILLINGLY RENOUNCE the
lifestyle of a settled house-holder and search of a deeper truth through the
lifestyle of a house-less ascetic.
Last but not least, do not forget that Sadhus are still loved
by those they left behind, and may return to them at any time.
How vastly different this is from the REAL homeless people!!!
Homelessness is one of the most unpleasant and distressing states of
existence. It is a symptom and a result of not being loved or desired by
anyone, in fact, of having devaluated to the level of a piece of shit, if
you'll excuse my language. (When even simple plants have been shown to
require love and to whither when not wanted by anyone, what need is there to
say that human beings, being far more complex, require someone to care for them
in order to maintain a motivation to remain alive and functioning?)
The fall usually begins, as stated above, with an absence of a caring
family environment, which, in turn, causes the individuals in question to
become unable to psychologically attract care and to show care in their later
lives. A vicious cycle of not being cared for by others and, as a
reaction, caring less and less for others, is created, and eventually
culminates in lonely homelessness. But mark! What very few people
understand is that such a vicious cycle needs to be broken as soon as possible
by those who have the means to do so – the privileged - lest it become a
powerful whirl sucking in more and more people.
(Last but not least, if you are one of those unreasonable couples
planning to have a baby, withold your bold erection and dam your vaginal juices
for a minute to ponder on this: Are you not yourself one of those
uncaring, emotionally disturbed half-wits that
should never be allowed to have offspring in the first place? Are
you not going to produce a new human being only to neglect him or her
emotionally, turn him into yet another homeless junkie, and eventually blame it
on him or her?)
Now, supposing that you are considering to improve the situation, how
should you set about it?
One of the preliminary steps is undoubtedly to take a very close look at
your current attitudes and conduct and confess that they are completely
inadequate:
You “kindly” give the homeless the kind of food that only swines could
live on (In Ljubljana, one is lucky if one gets more than 1 piece of fruit per
month!!!) and consider this an angelic act! You pack six people at a time into
tiny little containers where there is hardly any space to move, like caged
chickens, and you expect to be praised as highly humane and socialistic! You
condescend to part with your money to buy their magazine now and then, and you
think yourselves mighty generous! Etc.etc. What rot!!!
So much MORE needs to be done. Proceeding logically from what has been
said about dysfunctional families and the psychology of the homeless, you will
realise that the first major step towards an improvement is, of course, to try
to actually CARE. Through the
power of care one is them impelled to engage in concrete action and aid. VERY
CONCRETE ACTION.
You have to show in MATERIAL
terms that you care and love, for one thing because you are only human and as
such (to be quite frank) only capable of a contrived, FAKE love , and for
another because the average homeless person has no practical knowledge of or
acumen for such emotions, real or fake!
Your heart may be overflowing with care but the homeless cannot tune
into that particular frequency, I'm afraid. Your face may be beaming with love
but the rejected creatures of the road cannot perceive it, they have a blind
spot. And, needless to say, they are MATERIAL beings and as such require MATERIAL goods.
But it is no good to provide half-hearted
assistance which sends a message to the homeless that they are a lot of
scumbags and worse than pigs. Until your assistance reaches a level where every single homeless
person is alloted a long-term private room, offered decent food at least
vaguely in accordance with the advertising campaigns by Health Ministry (“fruits
and (raw) vegetables 5 times a day...”),
and effectively steered towards REAL jobs, there will be no overall
improvement of the situation, and this will remain a VILE society. You need to comprehend that you need to provide REAL material aid in order to PROVE
to the deprived that you have TRUE good intentions. Once the homeless have
perceived your continued care through material goods, they will gradually awaken
from the torpor of their hopelessness, learn to respond by caring for you, and
eventually to care for themselves, their bodies, souls, and future.
(Compared with my predicament, eternal enslavement by a merciless guru,
the tasks discussed above are actually very easy, since you are free people!)
Let us turn again to people who receive no Social Security money at all
- they are forced to beg and sleep outside, but when they do that the police
come and FINE them! (You got that right – it's like the land belongs to a
wicked landlord who treats his tennants like rats!) What kind of message is the
society as a whole sending to these people?
Let me spell it out for you, if you daren't confess it: The message is: “FUCK OFF AND DIE, YOU LOOSER!
That's right. You heard me right! The society, that is, YOU and your
mean friends and relatives etc., are telling these poor people that you do not
want them around and that they should commit suicide.
(If you think I'm exaggerating, just wait for your turn to become
homeless, and you'll hear the message VERY CLEARLY then.)
I have read in an English language newspaper that the Government is
concerned about the falling birth-rate in Slovenia and introducing measures to
encourage people to produce more babies. In the light of the foregoing, this
news surprises me. Isn't it a bit contradictory? On the one hand the Government
(or is it YOU?) wants people to commit suicide, on the other, it expects them
to live and multiply.
???
Oh, right, yes, I see it now... how stupid of me! The idea is, of
course, to raise the birth-rate to such
a high level that even if you kill off the loosers that (bloody rats!) may
inadvertently get born in the process, you'll still have plenty of winners to
populate this green and pleasant land. Right.
Frankly speaking, I think it would be better for Slovenians as an ethnic
group to die out, and that for 2 reasons:
1) There is little doubt that Slovenianness (i.e. the
state or condition of being Slovenian), is intrinsically awkward, unpleasant,
and painful. Slovenians are uncomfortable with themselves
(alcoholism, suicides, depression...), just as they are uncomfortable with
foreign nations (severe xenophobia - owing to bad experiences throughout
history?) Hence, by becoming extinct you would eliminate Slovenianness and with
that the suffering festering on it.
2) The other reason derives from the afore-mentioned
miserliness and the associated lack of magnanimity. Through inter-marriage with other, more
magnanimous ethnic groups, Slovenians would gradually disappear and their
assimilated descendants, by way of developing “greater souls” , would
undoubtedly be happier people!
Apart from inter-marriage there are other ways of erasing a people. If
you believe in reincarnation, it is easy to see that although bodies and the
genetic material contained therein can indeed be destroyed and discontinued,
souls can not – if the type of body they had been accustomed to is no longer
available, they find a different. Thus, if all Slovenian men underwent
vasectomy all of a sudden, the genetic line would be broken, but the
souls would continue to exist and proceed to find a – hopefully – brighter,
happier future in bodies of a different genetic set-up.
On a more subtle level, though, there is another way of removing the
pain of Slovenianness. If one analyses
carefully, one finds that “ Slovenianness “, just like so many other things
whose validity and warrantedness we never question, is merely a very complex
mental concept that arises in one's mind due to prolonged conditioning.
From the moment one is born the verbal bombardment with notions of “Slovenian
this, Slovenian that, blah-blah-blah” begins
and goes on relentlessly, until one is successfully brainwashed into
believing that one is – a Slovenian! But pause! What if your soul had
incarnated only a few hundreds kilometres away in , say, Hungary or Austria?
What then?
You can see that your “ethnicity” is illusional; an unnecessary and even
harmful part of your ego-structure which you'd be better off without. It should
be clear that despite the existence of very concrete phenomena that serve as a
basis for attaching the label “Slovenian” (such as the “Slovenian” land,
language, and genes)..., it is possible to stop being Slovenian by seeing
through all the conditioning and brainwashing you had been subjected to and
thereby dispelling these harmful hallucinations.
Thus, there is a way of becoming extinct without going extinct!
I hope I'm making my point clear: Be it one way or another, It is in
Slovenians' own best interest to become extinct, unless they are willing to
change – radically.
A radical change would primarily have to comprise a vast change in
attitudes... evolving from a mere “Dolina Shentflorianska” to the condition of
a “provincial country” that Slovenia is now; advancing then, through intensified interaction with FOREIGNERS, to a state of
greater Cosmopolitanism, and eventually, in preparation for the age of
space-travel, Universalism.
YOUR QUESTION: Don't you think
that all this Slovenia-bashing is counter-productive in terms of your primary
“mission”? I mean, if you insult people they are less likely to pay attention
to your warnings regarding gurus because they will be too preoccupied with
their hurt.
MY ANSWER: I may be bashing a bit, but definitely not trying to insult
anyone. Though my negative experiences here have been, to a great extent,
personal, I am trying to interperet them in an impersonal manner and give an
objective critique that may help some people to broaden their outlook and
mentality. I do not purport to be an expert or authority on these issues, but when you hear of eminent Slovenian thinkers such as TARAS KERMAUNER “retreat behind the tall walls of a lone house in the country because he physically cannot stand the sight of (his own) people”, you know that something is rotten here and a change is required.
