In May 2007, after four months of solitary one-man street campaigns, a certain number of individuals who are aware of the existence of insidious unconventional forms of aggression eventually approached me, and as two of them were actually willing to actively join me in my efforts, we decided to officially establish an organisation with a view to curb all forms of psychological violence.
It is my pleasure to announce that on the 12th of June 2007, Boris, Andrej, and myself founded
Association 1984.
Despite the fact that we derive impetus mainly from our rage stemming from our inability to protect ourselves and others from the aggression of certain spiritual terrorists who have been afflicting us with their magical powers, we decided to name our association after George Orwell's novel 1984 because the sort of psychological abuse described therein - total control and dehumanisation brought about through the Elite's abuse of scientific powers - is something that will affect a significantly larger number of people.
It should be understood, however, that regardless of whether the means are magical or scientific, and whether the perpetrator is a Guru or a Big Brother, the fundamental principles are the same in both cases, and so is the suffering experienced by victims.
Last but not least, we have decided to include in our programme also the types of psychological violence that can be perpetrated even by ordinary humans, especially mobbing and hazing.
Although the Association's descriptive name is quite lengthy - 'Association for Prevention of Psychological Terrorism: 1984' - and hence more or less self-explanatory, it is advisable that you take a few minutes to peruse a few excerpts from the founding act of the Association (either in ENGLISH or SLOVENE) to gain a precise understanding of our purpose and goals, since the means and methods of perpetration of psychological crimes are very subtle and not generally known.

The main purpose is
spreading awareness of the existence of psychological terrorism and of the techniques employed by psychological
terrorists to enslave, exploit, and torture their (human)
victims, whereby the Association proposes to accomplish its main goals, namely to prevent future violations of human rights of this
type, to reduce the number of (potential) victims, to reduce
victims'
suffering (by supplying information, providing a meeting
point/forum
etc.), and ideally weaken the terrorists and prevent them from operating
on this planet.

Definitions: The term "psychological" encompasses a
broad spectrum of unconventional types
of aggression and violations of human rights. The term "unconventional" primarily refers to the fact that such acts of aggression and breaches of human rights are
difficult to prove through conventional police
methods and courts of law. Hence, psychological
should be understood to include also, and is not limited to, 'magical', 'shamanic',
'sexual', 'spiritual', and technological' and the like.

A psychological terrorist is any entity that intentionally harms
a sentient being, chiefly by non-physical means. Typical
examples of the means and methods terrorists employ are: - deliberately destructive forms of systematic ignoring or provoking (e.g. hazing; mobbing); - telepathic extraction of
private information and abuse thereof; - disempowering and torturing
victims by preventing them from earning money and fulfilling their
basic (human) needs; - beaming with harmful energy fields; - telekinetic
manipulation of victims' environment; - implantation of harmful foreign
thoughts into the mind-stream of the victim; etc. The above acts are
perpetrated either through manipulative psychological techniques, or through natural magical powers, or by abusing
artificial 'scientific powers' that
rely on the latest advances in science (esp. irradiation with
electromagnetic radiation, abuse of private data via mind-reading
machines, restricting free-movement or robotization of living beings
via implanted microchips that enable terrorists to remote-control them etc.).

Namen društva je širjenje zavesti o obstoju psihološkega
terorizma in o tehnikah, ki jih teroristi
uporabljajo, da bi zasužnjevali, izkoriščali in trpinčili
svoje človeške žrtve. Na ta način si društvo
prizadeva za svoje cilje, ki so:
preprečevanje nadaljnjih tovrstnih kršitev človekovih

Psihološki
terorist je vsako bitje, ki namerno
škoduje kateremukoli čutečemu bitju, v glavnem z uporabo
metod, ki niso fizične. Tipični primeri metod, ki jih
psihološki teroristi uporabljajo, so: namerno destruktivne
oblike sistematičnega ignoriranja ali provociranja
(šikaniranje, mobing); telepatsko pridobivanje privatnih
informacij in njihova zloraba; slabljenje in mučenje
človeških bitij tako, da se jim preprečuje služenje denarja
in izpolnitev temeljnih (človeških) potreb; obsevanje s
škodljivimi energetskimi polji; telekinetično spreminjanje
žrtvinega okolja; vsaditev škodljivih tujih misli v miselni
tok žrtve ipd. Našteta dejanja je
mogoče storiti s pomočjo manipulativnih
psiholoških tehnik, s pomočjo naravnih
magičnih moči ali pa z uporabo umetnih
'znanstvenih moči', ki slonijo na zadnjih dognanjih znanosti
(še posebej obsevanje z elektromagnetnim valovanjem; zloraba
informacij, pridobljenih s stroji za branje misli;
omejevanje prostosti gibanja oziroma robotizacija živih bitij z
vsajenimi mikročipi, ki teroristom omogočajo daljinsko
vodenje ipd.)
